How do I receive my gift card? You will receive an email within 1 business day after purchase with the gift card inside.
How do I redeem my gift card? When you are checking out, you will enter the unique code associated with your gift card in the "discount code" section on the payment screen.
Can I use a gift card and a discount code? Yes, you can use gift cards and one discount code per order.
How do I check the balance? Unfortunately there is not a way this can be checked unless you contact us directly and we would be more than happy to look up the balance up for you. We can be reached at info@craftcloset.com or you are welcome to chat into our website during business hours.
