Return/Refund Policy

We, here at Craft Closet, want you as our customer to love every product that you order from us! But we also know that sometimes returns are needed. 

We are happy to offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization). All returns require an RMA. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order total.

In order for an item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition as it was received in, unused and undamaged, and in its original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, items must be adequately repackaged. 

To request an RMA, you can contact us at In your email, please include your name, order number (starts with #CC) and the reason for return. Once your RMA is processed, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs will be detected from the total amount of your refund. 

Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll be refunded (minus the shipping charges and restocking fee if applicable) to your original payment method.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on certain items. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, misfit bundles, acrylic sample sets, gift cards, or digital files. Please email if you have questions or concerns.


We do not currently accept exchanges. The best way to ensure you get the item that you want is to return the unwanted item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged Items

It is our goal to always deliver the highest quality items to you, our customer. If you ever receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email us at and we would be happy to help you.
