Real wood. Real grain. Real permanence. Our Finished Solid Wood collection brings fifteen premium hardwood and softwood species to the laser bed — pre-finished and ready to cut into pieces that will last a lifetime.

Unlike MDF core or plywood, solid wood carries the natural character of the tree it came from. Grain patterns shift, figure emerges, and no two pieces cut exactly the same way — which is exactly what makes finished pieces feel genuinely handcrafted rather than manufactured. For heirlooms, keepsakes, presentation pieces, and anything meant to be kept rather than consumed, solid wood is the right choice.

Available in walnut, cherry, maple, mahogany, Sapele, basswood, red oak, clear alder, Padauk, poplar, lacewood, white oak, bubinga, yellow cedar, and spruce — each at 1/8" in a 6x19" format sized for precise, detail-oriented laser work.

Note: natural grain variation is part of what makes solid wood special — and part of what makes it worth mastering.
