Size
Send us your design and we will turn it into a beautiful Custom COLORboard!  It's very easy to do:
  1. Pick the core
  2. Pick single or double sided (clear only available in single sided)
  3. Upload your file
  4. Check out!
You will receive an email with tracking when it ships! Please plan ahead and allow up to a week for processing/printing plus shipping time.
Designs must be:
  • JPEG (PDF or EPS for clear core with a transparent background)
  • 12.2" x 19.2", 12.2x12.2", 12.2" x 18.2" for chipboard core (12x19)
  • CMYK
  • 300 DPI

The design should be as high of DPI as possible to get a clean sharp image.  We suggest at least 200 dpi but higher is better.  Make sure your image is sharp and not blurry.  What you see in the design is what will print. Keep in mind that the finished color/print may look different depending on what core is used.

Custom COLORboards feature full color print with a durable clear varnish on top for lasting protection. This creates a finished look without all the finishing work!

Finished Size: 12x19, 12x12, 12x18 (chipboard)

Core: Select from the following:

  • 1/8th MDF
  • 1/8th Black Acrylic
  • 1/8th White Acrylic
  • 1/16 White Acrylic
  • 1/8th Clear Acrylic
  • 1/16 Clear Acrylic
  • 1/16th Basswood
  • Faux Leather
  • 0.022 Chipboard

Sided:   Select single or double-sided print.  For single-sided prints, the reverse will be solid white or left natural. The chipboard is available in single-sided only.

Masking: COLORboard Expressions do not come with masking.  But the durable varnish finish is easily cleaned of any soot marks.  However, if your crumb tray is dirty, the laser hitting the metal honeycomb tray can result in more burning of the underside pattern, so masking may be necessary there.
