Maker Boards Natural Ply

Clean cuts. No MDF. No masking. Natural Ply is our custom-fabricated plywood core collection — engineered specifically for diode laser cutters and finished in-house with a UV-cured semi-gloss coating that eliminates the need for masking tape and delivers a beautiful, durable result every time.

Available in ten distinctive wood species — cherry, walnut, mahogany, Sapele, aromatic cedar, bamboo, maple, red oak, white oak, and knotty pine — each at 1/8" thick and sized at 12x12" to fit Glowforge Spark, Aura, and similarly sized diode machines perfectly.

MDF-free construction means faster cuts, cleaner edges, and a filter that lasts longer. If you're a diode laser user, this is the wood line built for your machine.
