Our COLORboard Expressions feature full color prints with a durable, UV cured, clear varnish on top for lasting protection. This process creates that finished look without all the work! COLORboards can be used as the base for your project or can easily be incorporated as part of a larger project. COLORboards will take your creations to the next level!

Core: Select from a variety of cores such as MDF*, acrylic, faux leather and more!
Sided: Select from a single or double-sided print. For single-sided prints, other than clear, the back will be solid white or left natural. Clear Acrylic prints will appear as shown here. The all clear acrylic options are available in single-sided only.
Masking: Our COLORboard Expressions do not come with masking, and we do NOT recommend masking the printed side. If scorching on the top does occur, quickly wipe it off with a magic eraser or white vinegar; we have found the magic eraser to work extremely well.
Flashback: Flashback on the underside of the board can cause charring to the bottom, so masking may be beneficial there (if single sided) or raising it off the bed of the laser if double sided.

*Glowforge Aura/Spark & MDF: Glowforge does not recommend cutting MDF on the Aura or Spark. Our supposition, and many others, is that this is due to the filter, not that a diode laser can not cut MDF. MDF creates more dust which the add-on filter has difficulty clearing the and will clog the filter faster. If you have the Aura or Spark vented outside, especially with an additional in-line fan, then the dust can be cleared well.
